New York Giants sign top two draft picks

The New York Giants are going to training camp with all their draft picks signed. The Giants announced late Saturday night that first-round choice Jason Pierre-Paul signed a multi-year contract just hours after second-round choice Linval Joseph signed his contract. The deals came less than 24 hours before the Giants reported to training camp at the University at Albany.

Giants sign second-rounder Joseph

On the eve of the start of this season’s training camp, the New York Giants signed second-round pick Linval Joseph , according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter . Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Ohm Youngmisuk surmises that it will likely be similar to what Zane Beadles received from the Broncos. The offensive lineman was taken one spot ahead of Joseph with the 45th overall pick.

New York Giants starting TE Kevin Boss to have ankle surgery, OL Kevin Boothe tears pectoral muscle

Giants tight end Kevin Boss is going to have surgery next week, on his ankle. The arthroscopic procedure should sideline him for four to six weeks, meaning he should be ready for training camp in late July.
